I'm a senior at Florida State University, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Commercial Entrepreneurship. With a passion for digital marketing, writing, and editing, I am eager to begin my marketing and business career upon graduating in May 2020.  

 

Over the past four years at Florida State, I have had countless opportunities on and off campus to further my leadership and academic experiences. My most influential opportunity was working at a financial planning start-up where I began as a marketing intern. After several months of hard work, I became the sole Marketing Director at 20. In this role, I spearheaded all of the company's marketing operations from social media campaigns to whitepapers and blogs to client appreciation events. Balancing this job and all of the responsibility that came along with it in addition to school and extracurriculars was not easy, but I have learned so much from this opportunity and I cannot wait to use this knowledge in my future career.

 

Additionally, I am currently the National Style Editor for Her Campus Media, the #1 media brand for college women. In this role, I work directly under the Associate Editor and manage the Style section of the website, working with a team of international writers at different universities by editing their content, providing feedback on their work, and uploading said content to the website. I am also a writer for their Career and Style sections where I have the opportunity to provide insights and lessons learned from my current career journey to other students as well as write about another one of my passions, the fashion industry.

In addition to these incredible career experiences, I have been actively involved on campus and held additional leadership positions within student organizations such as:

As my senior begins to close, I am actively pursuing full-time opportunities where I can utilize the skills I have developed from these prior experiences as well as gain further knowledge in the marketing industry.
